Yoga & Pilates at Nettlecombe Farm

We work with a range of wonderful, experienced yoga and pilates teachers who offer weekly classes, workshops and residential retreats at the farm. Classes are held in our under floor heated studio which provides the perfect space and environment for your practice.

We supply all equipment including mats, blankets, straps, eye pillows, blocks and bricks.

Monday Night Weekly Class (Yoga)

6pm - 7.30pm with Mark Holden

Mark is a trained and qualified yoga instructor with the British Wheel of yoga and has over 15 years of teaching experience. His classes include warm up, postures meditation and relaxation in the peaceful setting of Nettlecombe Farm. Beginners very welcome and open to all levels.

Tuesday morning weekly class (Yoga)

Foundations of Yoga, Develop strength and flexibility learning the basis of yoga.

Tuesdays 9:30 - 10:30am

Join Ems Yoga for a dynamic Hatha Yoga style class. Ems Yoga focuses on making it accessible to all, whether you are a complete beginner wanting to learn the foundations, or someone with more experience that wants to progress further. Emma's classes focus on strengthening, toning and stretching the entire body, whilst giving attention to the breath, and not forgetting to enjoy a nice relaxation at the end.

Thursday Night Weekly Class (Yoga)

6.30pm - 8.00pm with Julie Cole

This class is a mix of hatha, yin and flow postures with an emphasis on mindfulness throughout. Breathwork and meditation are often included in the practice.

The first class is a free 'taster' session and following classes are either £28 for a 4 week course or £8 for a drop in session. Beginners are very welcome.
